You can get Darkrai EX by pulling on the Space-Time Smackdown booster pack in Pokemon TCG Pocket. There are two packs in the Space-Time Smackdown set; Darkrai EX is in the Dialga pack. The game grants you a 0.3333% chance to get Darkrai EX from every pull on that pack. If you keep pulling with no luck, you can use the pack point exchange mechanic to get Darkrai EX in PTCGP. To be able to do that, you need to save 500 pack points for every Darkrai EX. It’s expensive, but it saves you a lot of time and pulls.
